Branding & Custom Text

Every PDF FilmBase produces can carry your production's identity.

• Your logos on every page: Upload a production company logo and a show logo in Settings > Region and Format > Branding, and they print in the header of every export: budgets, cost reports, schedules, call sheets, and the contact list. The two sit side by side with a thin divider between them.
• Placed your way: Each export dialog has controls to include the logos and set their size (S/M/L) and position (left, middle, or right). The choice is shared: set it in one export dialog and every other export uses it.
• Your own text: The "Generated by" line and the footer note are editable in every export dialog's Custom Text section. Like the logos, a change made in one dialog carries to all of them.
• Travels with the project: Logos are stored inside the project folder, so a project opened on another machine keeps its branding.

Scheduling

Generate scheduling documents per shooting block. Export to PDF or Excel.

• One-Liner Schedule: Scene list in shooting order with scene number, description, INT/EXT, DAY/NIGHT, cast numbers, pages. Day breaks show totals.
• Shooting Schedule: The full stripboard with the columns, colour-coded strips, and scene synopsis you choose. Tall strips never split across a page break.
• Day Out of Days: Cast availability grid with standard status codes (SW, W, WF, H, etc.). Features an option to hide blank dates.
• Crew Schedule: Unit availability grid, filterable by department, with an option to hide blank dates.
• Cast List: Character assignments with actor name, phone, email, scene count, and total pages
• Production Schedule: The whole production timeline as a visual lane chart (each phase a colour bar across a date axis) or a dated table — exported from the Production Schedule page
• Breakdown Sheets: One sheet per scene with the scene's metadata, synopsis, and all tagged elements organized by category
• Driver Reports: Daily transport overview with driver schedules, passenger assignments, and pickup/dropoff details
